Baltic Recruitment Group of Companies CVO Recruitment | Simplika Rebrands as Grafton

2025 01 15

CVO Recruitment | Simplika, a leading Baltic recruitment group, has rebranded as Grafton. Starting February, the group will rename its companies to Grafton Lithuania, Grafton Latvia, and Grafton Estonia. This change, planned since CVO Recruitment | Simplika’s acquisition by Gi Group Holding three years ago, reflects integration with one of the world’s top HR service providers and the Grafton brand.
"This rebranding will position Grafton as a global provider of recruitment, white-collar temporary lease, and HR services in the Baltic region, creating new international opportunities for our clients and candidates.
The CVO Recruitment | Simplika group has successfully delivered high-quality recruitment solutions in the Baltic market for over 20 years, building a strong foundation. Following the name change, the companies’ services, quality, HR teams, management, and strategic direction will remain unchanged and continue to grow”, - Žilvinas Akelis, Head of Gi Group Holding in the Baltics, said.
In 2024, the Lithuanian CVO Recruitment | Simplika company (soon Grafton Lithuania) facilitated 262 recruitments. Its turnover in Lithuania reached EUR 8.35 million, reflecting a 16% growth compared to the previous year. Across all three Baltic countries, the Group achieved revenues of 23,6 millions Eur.
“This year, we anticipate further growth by offering the region’s most comprehensive recruitment and temporary employment services package under the new brand. These include Permanent Placement, Temporary Work, Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll, market research and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). With the RPO service, our clients will be able to outsource all or part of their organization’s recruitment activities with Grafton, we will act as their internal HR department, managing all or part of their organization’s recruitment and employment processes," shared Ieva Lučinskienė the future head of Grafton Lithuania.
The rebranding, according to the company representatives, strengthens the group in the Baltics and further integrates it into the global network of Grafton-branded companies.
"Grafton is Europe's oldest recruitment company and one of the pioneers of human resources services, operating since 1982. The brand is present in 25 European countries and beyond.
Grafton is well-integrated in methodology, client approach, multi-country services, and value-added innovations it brings to the Baltic organization. Grafton consultants will be ready to open new opportunities to candidates locally and internationally, first across the region and then – in the wider European market," Ž. Akelis added.
According to him, Gi Group Holding's strategic direction is to build a global ecosystem of integrated HR services designed to develop the social and economic value of labor markets, build an enjoyable work environment, and change people's lives.
"This is a big vision. It requires global relevance and integrated action. The labor market is perceived as local; however, it is significantly impacted and shaped by large multinational corporations that expect a universal value proposition from their suppliers. Therefore, we are implementing the change in two directions – strengthening our Baltic organization and integrating into a global recruitment company," Ž. Akelis summarised.
