Service: personnel selection and temporary employment

Number of selected and recruited employees: 7 employees

THE GOAL

Our goal was to help the client meet the need for employees when appeared a new project - working with private clients. Also, it was very important to provide temporary employment services at the beginning of the project implementation while performing the selection of employees, handling all documents required for employment and ensuring the administration of various payments.

THE PROCESS

Before starting the selection and recruitment process, we met with members of “Enefit” to discuss their expectations, needs and other details relevant to the selection. As this is the first project with this client, we wanted to get to know and clearly understand the profile of the candidates and the internal climate of the company which could contribute to long-term cooperation in the long run.

The primary need of the customer was one customer service specialist, but later the need increased to four specialists. We carried out individual selections, and during the interview, we checked the necessary competencies with various tasks. In the process, a new need arose – three sales managers. The selection was carried out analogously. During this time, we interviewed more than thirty candidates, fifteen of whom were introduced to the client for the next stage.

New employees of “Enefit” have been recruited using “Simplika” temporary employment service, which includes the entire employee recruitment process and document administration, in accordance with local laws. We also take care of the accounting of the payment of the employee's salary, and the accounting of other related payments and liabilities.

Throughout the cooperation, we maintain close contact with both the client and the employees, also we consult them and answer all the questions about employment law or other issues.

THE RESULT

We have selected and hired new team members who contribute to the implementation of the new project. It is nice to see that the client's need for new specialists grew during the selection process.

New employees grow their competencies in an ambitious company. As the project progress, the member of temporary staff may be given the opportunity to extend the period of cooperation with the company or to start working directly. We are happy to be a bridge between the company and the employee.
