History

Simplika has grown out of the International Company CVO Group that started operations in the Baltic market in 1999. Initially Company provided job board and CV database services. In 2006 innovative personnel lease, outstaffing and HR administration services were introduced in several European Countries by our Company.
Today we operate successfully in the Baltic region with offices in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania offering clients a comprehensive range of managed Human Resource services, including administration, recruitment and strategic support.

Simplika’s consultants offer not only their time but primarily and most importantly their professional knowledge, experience and ‘know-how’. Our employees are continuously trained, and learn new information about employment law amendments and the most recent HR tools.
